I am sitting here reading the super useful UK based Practical Web Design, and specifically the /gallery pages.  I love these pages.

I want to be able to get back to these sites quickly for design reference and ideas, they are awesome.  Check some of these sites from the magazine, they come highly recommended.  My only complaint is how small the URL's are.

Nil

I Like: The trick loading flipbook, The 'align photos' for the photo gallery.  The life conveyed with the movements of the photos. The unordered photo album is genius.

Don't Like: In your face music that I can't understand.  Pinner little videos.

Made for Each Other

I Like: The insane 3D graphics.  The vertical exploration.  It's different.

Don't Like: No clear purpose.  I don't see the product anywhere, I can't figure out the connection.

I Like: Great content.

Don't Like: Bored me quickly.  Seemed like they were too cool.  Black put me to sleep.  The abstract concept of light and ideas is lost.  The news page is already really old.
