1. Sit down with client and discuss design, get list of comparable sites & any artwork
2. Create a mock up in Photoshop, using Illustrator elements & artwork from client
3. Iterate the design with the client, sending PDF's of design via email
4. Decide on technologies to be used & integrated
5. Arrange any subcontractors
6. Meet the client for a final design approval
7. Create the content, code & artwork (CSS, template files, images)
8. Test on testing server
9. Increase content to full deploy-able site
10. Perform SEO review, and re-write content for SEO purposes
11. Final review with client, security review (change all passwords, create any new users)
12. "Turn over the keys"
